We provide a highly concentrated
blend of naturally occurring bacteria to degrade or eat the oil and
grease in your drain lines and grease trap. The bacteria cells break
down the nutrients, digest them and produce CO2 and water. Our most
successful system consists of a peristaltic pump that injects
bacterial product directly into your floor drain once or twice
daily, as needed. This system continually degrades the grease,
cleans your drains and adds bacterial solution to your grease trap.
This system has proven itself time and time again.
We believe in our products so much, that we'll even offer you a
three week free demonstration to prove it works*. (*not
available in all areas)
We also offer floor cleaning with a combination of detergent and
microbes concentrated and free rinsing. It produces a slip-free
surface that reduces the hazard of falling; whitens grout without
degrading it like acid cleaners; keeps the drains free-running; and
maintains the grease trap.

WESBAC BLOCK,
Automatic Lift Station Treatment
Unsatisfactory Sludge Digestion?
WESBAC Ends It!
|
Reduce Hydrogen Sulfide &
Sludge Buildup and Break Down Odor & Grease Compounds in Lift
Stations.
The WESBAC Block:
Automates lift station
treatment without the cost of purchasing and maintain a
metering pump. Consisting of WESBAC dispersed in a
hardened Block of inert inorganic, soluble salt, the Block
will dissolve progressively with the flow of sewage
through the wet well.
|
Is designed to be
suspended into the wet well by a loop of rope extending
from the top of the Block. A Starter Kit is available
which includes a metal clasp and 30 feet of additional
rope to create a permanent means for positioning the
WESBAC Block at the optimum depth for each lift station.
|
|
Will dissolve gradually
over a period of time, allowing for continuous treatment
of the waste. Check every two weeks and install a new
Block whenever the previous one has dissolved. |
The layer of grease on the
walls of a wet well can be as thick as three feet. WESBAC Block
reduces this coating to a couple of inches and maintains it at
this level, which will no longer support the growth of the
microorganisms that produce hydrogen sulfide. Because hydrogen
sulfide is highly corrosive, use of WESBAC Block extends the
life of lift station equipment as well as reducing odor.

|
WESBAC applied to the sludge digester: |
-
Maintains sufficient oxygen
concentration for optimum digestion
|
-
Increases the settleability
of solids
|
-
Reduces the time required
to get sludges of sufficient density for disposal
|
-
Reduces the sludge return
rate
|
WESBAC At Work
The WESBAC organism
acts on incoming sludge by digesting the polysaccharide chains
produced by other organisms. Since these thickeners increase the
viscosity of the sludge, adequate diffusion of oxygen in the
digester cannot occur. Inoculating the sludge with WESBAC also
prevents the growth of filamentous organisms, which increase the
viscosity of the sludge by their very presence.
Use of WESBAC
to improve effluent quality and bioassay compliance at
municipalities.
| Reduce
grease trap grease recovery |
Comply with
the bioassay test, failure of which can force the
municipality into a Toxicity Reduction Evaluation. |
| Improve
operational control principally due to settleability. |
Industrial Odor Control
WESBAC Liquid
WESBAC bacteria attack the complex organic compounds which
produce noxious odors, including esters, alcohols, ketones,
aldehydes and various ring structures.
Odors are caused by volatile chemical compounds migrating
into the air. Some of these compounds are pleasant (for example, the
esters produced by ripening fruits) and some are not (for example,
the amine odors in urine, sulfur compounds, and the fatty acid odors
in Limburger cheese).
We have found that the organism in WESBAC will directly metabolize
long-chain amines. (These are the compounds which produce the
distinctly noxious odors of urine and rotting corpses.) WESBAC
destroys amines by a process known as oxidative deamination. This
means that in the presence of oxygen the organism removes the
ammonia of the amine, getting energy for itself and producing a
residual compound of much less odor.
With urine, if the amine odors are removed the residual odors are
much less noxious and can be covered by periodic application of
common fragrant masking agents.
TRUCKS AND DUMPSTERS
WESBAC removes garbage odors.
RUNOFF PONDS AND SUMPS
When sprayed on the surface, WESBAC
significantly reduces odor emanating from industrial waste water.
Leach
Field Maintenace
Problem -
If septic tanks are heavily loaded and not properly
baffled, grease and sludge will flow continuously into the drain
field. This clogs the pores in the soil surrounding the drain field,
interferes with the biological activity of the soil, and produces
odors, standing water and backups of sewage. The use of food waste
disposers increases this soil pore clogging.
Solution - WESBAC
-
removes excess sludge from septic tanks, with regular use.
-
restores the balance of bacteria and enzymes in the drain field
and soil and gets the biological waste-digesting activity working
properly again.
-
restores the designed waste-handling capacity of the septic tank.
The
leach field is the most costly and necessary part of your waste
disposal system. The repair of a tile field often runs more than the
original cost of the entire system. Regular use of WESBAC
helps give your tile field "insurance" against the need for
expensive major reconstruction |
